At the 2019 winter festival, a shadow drawing workshop was offered in connection with the exhibition behind the scene In the Museum of Icelandic design. Working with the objects made by the Icelandic architect and mathematician Einar Þorsteinn Ásgeirsson (1942-2015).
Lighting designers at Hildiberg were asked to transform the exhibition into an exciting shadow play. Lighting into the objects made by Einar Þorsteinn Ásgeirsson and cast complex and fascinating shadows on wall and floors.
Guests were invited with drawing tools as weapons, to draw the shadows and get to know Einar Þorsteinn's world of form. The artists and siblings Baldur and Birna Björnsbörn guided the participants into that game and the world of Einar Þorsteinn´s.
